Frequently Asked Questions

How fast will I receive my website or my requests?

I work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. On average, most Next.js requests take 2 weeks or less, mobile requests will be completed in 4 weeks, However more complex requests can take longer.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many programming requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand you may not have enough programming work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two programming requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

What if I only have a single request?

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional web development needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Who are the programmers?

You might be surprised to hear this, but TinyDevX is actually an agency of one. This means you’ll work directly with me, founder of TinyDevX. How is the maintenance policy?

Our maintenance policy is designed for flexibility. Subscribe to a plan, and you can promptly request feature additions or bug fixes. Once resolved, you have the freedom to cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

Are you responsible for domain generate?

No, you can create the domain on your own. I’ll instruct you on linking it to your website.

Are you responsible for Apple Developer account or Google Developer account? How about the developer account fees?

No, I can assist you in creating the developer accounts, but you will own the accounts. I will be responsible for using them to develop and publish the app. The Apple Developer account costs $99 USD per year, while the Google Developer account has a one-time fee of $25 for a lifetime account.

Are you responsible for Next.js hosting? How about the hosting fees?

No. hosting a website is a long-term commitment. However, I am happy to offer my opinion on selecting the appropriate plan. For most businesses, the Pro plan, priced at $20 per month, suffices. For further details, please refer to the Next.js Pricing Page.

Are there any refunds if I don’t like the service?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
